Rules of the Q
All our meats are smoked low & slow with real wood for an authentic American BBQ taste. This may mean that your meat will have a pinkness or pink ring, don’t fret we ensure all our meats are cooked to the correct core temperatures. Due to the length of time we smoke our meats we may/will run out of some items.
We apologise in advance but given the length time involved in the smoking process our meat dishes need a lot of time to be just right!
